Everygirl’s 31 Day Spring “Clean Up Your Life” Challenge
March means spring cleaning:when you change pillows, flip mattresses, and clean your closet thoroughly. This is a time where we reassess what needs to be done and reprioritize what survives. But this challenge isn’t just about cleaning your house; it’s about cleaning you up life. “Detox” and “cleanse” are terms often associated with dieting, but we want to change them to be less about juicing and more about eliminating whatever doesn’t benefit you and replacing it with alternatives that support your well-being.
Cleaning up your life isn’t just about detoxing habits, foods, and clutter that don’t make you feel like your best self; it’s about replenishing with whatever makes you feel happy, healthy, and whole. The goal of this cleanse is to gain awareness of how your daily habits and environment affect you so you can make room for your best life. For each day in March, you will be challenged to simplify, declutter, de-stress, and cleanse one area of your life: home, finances, mind, body, and spirit. So as summer approaches, you’ll not only have a sleek wardrobe—you’ll be closer to your best, happiest self. Happy spring cleaning!
