They often do not have bargaining power to demand a better balance of work life, especially when their work is something they rely on to survive. In many cases, they cannot even tell their managers that they don’t have time for other projects. The company needs to step and support their team. And not only that, they need to understand that they have a demand that is outside the office too. The reality is that when employees have a healthy work life balance, they are not only more loyal, they are also more productive.
