“The best self syllabus Everygirl:” The 30 Days Challenge to Change Your Life
Honestly: the school is great, but it doesn’t teach all of us we need to know about the real world. Even high school graduates and college goes with questions that towering about the real world, from how to care for your right body to the strategy for saving for retirement. All of these road Skills that are more useful than calculus, however, I still spend hours suffering from derivatives.
Now after the cold fall in the air makes us all remember the season back-to-school, we have collected the “syllabus” of September to help you audit your life, feel more motivated, and take advantage of your potential-falling yourself to fall, all. This is not a course schedule that you remember from Middle School: Every week September is focused on different welfare pillars (from manifestations to relationships to physical health), with “class” or “homework assignments” to work towards the theme every day. The goal? To end September as the happiest and highest yourself. We suspect you will get a good value.

Maybe you take the Spanish AP or AP Calculus, but don’t you hope you can take a further placement class on how to achieve your dream life? Now your chance. Consider the first week of the best self syllabus as a sophisticated accident course on how to utilize energy first and realize your goals.
- Write a list of everything you want to achieve at the end of the semester, aka the end of 2025 (think big – this is your dream life!)
- Listen to the new episode Podcast everygirl, Routine manifestation that is truly successful: life mapping, weekly rituals, and daily habits to become “he“

- Listen IT-GIRLS guide to live your dream life (Or watch on YouTube!)

Of course, “social studies” usually include the history of Europe or the US government, and the traditional chemical class requires glasses and laboratory coats, but this week’s assignment requires studying relationships in your life. Think of it as a master class in chemistry (whether you are dating or in LTR), as well as evaluating your social life to make your relationship more satisfying for you.
- Audit Relationship: Make a list of all people who interact with you regularly and identify who is worthy of investing more or less time depends on how you feel
- Read “We Are In the Middle of Lonely Epidemic – Here’s How to Combat it”
- Single girl, listen The only dating advice you need, with the Director of Science Relationship Hinge, Logan Ury | Girl relationship, listen How the happiest couple quarreled
