10 Things that must be invested when you start loose
I don’t always plan to escape – it’s a kind of slipping on me. One day I was traveling to the office, and the next day I looked for ways to apply for an entrepreneur tax and receive a zoom call from my dining table. It is thrilling and chaotic in the same size. Freedom is everything I want, but no one warns you that you are also your own IT department, admin assistant, and HR representatives overnight.
When I started, I thought a laptop and a decent coffee shop played me. Spoiler: They don’t. It takes some experiments, mistakes, and too much hours bending on the screen to find out what I really need to make all these work work. This is all that I recommend investing before you find yourself deep in the spiral posture or three latte to be unorganized Monday.
1. Comfortable and ergonomic table chairs
Your back will have some thoughts if you try to loose full time from the dining chair. Believe me, increasing to ergonomic seats with lumbar support and height that can be adjusted worth each pen. This is not the most striking investment, but immediately makes your home workspace feel more like a real office – and less like a reflection.

2. Versatile laptop arm
This might look like your standard laptop sleeve, but doing a double assignment. Moft laptops carry arms protect your device while also turning into a holder that supports your laptop for better posture (no more neck technology!). This is ideal for working on the road, quite light for each tote bag, and and thank you for the cute colors of their latest collections that offer four colors to match any mood, your settings will not shout “Tech Bro.”

3. Cloud -based storage system
You don’t want to be a freelancer with panic looking for the final draft on the Utas Email. Google Drive and Dropbox make it easy to manage client files, reserve your work, and access everything throughout the device. This is a small monthly fee that can save a lot of stress (and loss of clock).
4. Noise dampening headphones
Working from home (or anywhere) means you never fully control your environment. CONSTRUCTION CONSTRUCTION, DOG barking, and hard barista. A pair of solid noise dampening headphones help you focus and sound polished on the call of clients-uncaring what happened in the background.

5. A true planner you use
Digital tools are very good, but there is something about writing things that make everything feel more real. Since college, I have used today’s designer planners (plug shaleless) because they helped me arrange my days, prioritize my duties, and remain above work and life priorities.

6. Practical Phone Stand
I didn’t realize how often I tried to balance my phone with a water bottle until I got this. This is a slim and minimal telephone kasing that is double as a wallet and holder – perfect for zoom calls or capturing content without dragging a large tripod. Basically it does not need space, and I go in a new red color for a color that gives a little extra energy on heavy days.

7. Project Management Tools
Whether you work with one client or turn five, keeping your deadline and shipment straight is very important. Tools like Asana, Trello, or ideas help you visualize your workflow, break down large projects, and avoid “wait, when is that because of that again?” Panic spiral.
8. Blue Light Glasses
If you spend all day staring at the screen, blue light glasses can help reduce eye tension and headaches. They are an easy and affordable way to protect your eyes – and they are available in the style that you really want to use.

9. Functional iPad stand
If you have an iPad, turning it into a second monitor is one of the easiest ways to increase your productivity. MOFT Dynamic Folio Supports your iPad in the right angle, fold evenly when you are finished, and look polished wherever you work. Plus, their new spark collection includes GORG yellow color which is designed to increase curiosity and creativity.

10. Time Tracking Application
Time becomes slippery when you don’t have a boss or clock-in system. Time tracking applications like Toggl help you see where your clock goes, find out how long the actual task, and make your billing process more transparent and accurate. It also helps you find leaks of productivity that you don’t even know.
